THIS IS A DIY KIT!!!! You will receive the same parts we use in our welded bumpers, but will be required to assemble and weld it yourself!

Inspired by the innovative lightweight builds of the legendary race and is the first production mid height hybrid bumper for the 5th gen 4runner on the market. This bumper is guaranteed to transform the look of your vehicle, give you an unmatched approach angle, more confidence on the trails, and get you all the likes on “Front End Friday” posts. 
 
The bumper covers the important bits up front then the customer "viper" cuts the bumper the rest of the way to the fenders. This gives the customer a little more creative freedom and also allows for more options with aftermarket fenders.
 
Aside from style and fitment, it was carefully engineered with materials to take a beating while keeping weight to a minimum. The base bumper weighs in at roughly 71 lbs with hardware!

FRAME BRACKETS INFO:
Fits all years and trim levels.
Optional but highly recommended if you plan to use the bumper for winching or recovery. 
Formed 1/4" steel brackets with high strength hardware that tie the bumper into the frame for added winch and recovery strength.
Requires weld nuts on back of mounting plates to be removed.
Adds 4 lbs.
 
FILLER BRACKET INFO:
Only fits 14+ Non-Limited trims.
Comes pre-welded.
Aluminum filler bracket for those upgrading from a low-pro bumper and need to fill the previously cut area on the plastic valence under the grill or want additional room for pods without having to make multiple cuts to the stock bumper. 
Braces lower grille after cutting lower valence.
Designed to work with or without grille guard tubing.
Bracket itself is compatible with TSS.
Can order this later if you decide you need it, just reach out for a custom invoice.
Adds 1 lb.
 
GRILL GUARD TUBE INFO:
Only fits 14+ Non-Limited trims.
Also comes as a DIY kit in multiple pieces.
Bolt on grille guard tubing for the top of the bumper.
Can fit multiple 4" pods underneath the tubing. 
NOT recommended for models with TSS as the tubing will block the sensor. Can relocate the sensor with the C4 Fab TSS relocation kit.
Adds 8 lbs.
 
LIGHTBAR COVER INFO:
Only fits 14+ Non-Limited trims.
Comes pre-welded.
Bolt on cover to add a 30" single row lightbar to the top of the bumper.
Has internal slotted brackets and works with many different brands as long as the mounting points are centered on the ends of the bar and less than 32". The thickness of the bar also can not be greater than 2-1/2". 
Made out of 1/8" 5052 aluminum.
Compatible with TSS sensor.
Extended hardware/spacers for mounting lightbar NOT included.
Bar cover will fill the previously cut area on the plastic valence for those upgrading from a low-pro bumper.
Adds 3 lbs.
 
WINCH FITMENT:
The bumper was designed using the Harbor Freight Badlands Apex 12K with synthetic line.
Other similar sized or smaller winches may fit.
Must have a 4.5"x10" mounting pattern.
Depending on winch size you might have to relocate the control box, clock the winch drum, and/or bend/move AC and trans lines.
 
SKID PLATE COMPATIBILITY:
Not guaranteed to work with all aftermarket skid plates.
If the skid ends just under the lower front crossmember or sticks past the front surface by less than 1-1/4", it should work. Can reach out for confirmation before ordering.
RCI, Victory 4x4, CaliRaised, CBI, and All-Pro are all compatible. C4 also fits but requires a specific mounting height of the bumper.
NOT recommended for use with oem TRD skid without modifying or lowering the skid. The front lip of the skid sticks out super far and overlaps the bottom of the bumper by a considerable amount and looks weird. Recommended to cut 4 inches off the front lip of the skid or switch to aftermarket.
Will work with the black non-TRD oem skid.

DIY KIT!!!!! IT COMES IN PIECES AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS AND WELDING IT YOURSELF. Failure to follow the instructions, using the incorrect tools, not welding on a flat surface, or not properly fixturing parts while welding may lead to the bumper not fitting correctly and/or not being as strong as it was designed to be.

Cutting of factory plastic bumper is required on all years/trims.
On 10-13 OG models, it will only work WITHOUT body lifts (if you want to cut at the recommended cut line). If you have a body lift you can still run the bumper, you just need to make the cut line lower by the amount of the body lift.
On 14+ Non-Limited models, it will work with body lifts up to 1". If you have a body lift greater than 1" you can still run the bumper, you just need to make the cut line lower by the amount of the body lift.
On 14+ Limited models, it will work with body lifts up to 2". If you have a body lift greater than 2" you can still run the bumper, you just need to make the cut line lower by the amount of the body lift.

There may be evidence of anti-spatter spray, oils, areas with light surface rust, small amounts of weld splatter, and shallow scratches on the parts caused during manufacturing and/or shipping.
