Introducing the Baja Mid-Pro Prerunner bumper from Ascend Fabrications! It offers the same cut height as our standard Mid-Pro but only weighs 55 lbs and has substantially more approach angle!
 
The bumper covers the important bits up front then the customer "viper" cuts the bumper the rest of the way to the fenders. This gives the customer a little more creative freedom and also allows for more options with aftermarket fenders.
 
 
PRICING AND OPTIONS:
Main bumper starts at $950 (raw steel).
(Optional) Powdercoat main steel bumper +$350, powdercoat bumper & aluminum cover +$400.
(Optional) Grill guard tube - $125 uncoated, +$50 for powdercoat. 
(Optional) Filler bracket - $60 uncoated, +$40 for powdercoat. 
(Optional) V2 Frame brackets - $100 uncoated, +$40 for powdercoat. 
 
GRILL GUARD TUBE INFO:
Bolt on grill guard tubing for the top of the bumper.
Can fit multiple 4" pods underneath the tubing. 
NOT recommended for models with TSS as the tubing will block the sensor. Can relocate the sensor with a TSS relocation kit.
Adds 8 lbs.
 
FILLER BRACKET INFO:
Aluminum filler bracket for those upgrading from a low-pro bumper and need to fill the previously cut area on the plastic valence under the grill or wanting additional room for pods without having to make multiple cuts to the stock bumper. 
Braces lower grille after cutting lower valence.
Designed to work with or without grill guard tubing.
Bracket itself is compatible with TSS.
Can order this later if you decide you need it, just reach out for a custom invoice.
Adds 1 lb.
 
FRAME BRACKETS INFO:
Optional but highly recommended if you plan to use the bumper for winching or recovery. 
Formed 1/4" steel brackets with high strength hardware that tie the bumper into the frame for added winch and recovery strength.
Requires weld nuts on back of mounting plates to be removed.
Adds 4 lbs.
 
POWDERCOATING INFO:
Highly durable carbon black (light texture) powdercoat.
All parts are chemically cleaned, sand blasted, and coated with a zinc primer for extra corrosion resistance prior to being top coated.
On powdercoated bumpers you will also receive black stainless hardware for the aluminum cover (unless you tell us to leave that uncoated).
Powdercoat on the bumper also adds an additional $50 shipping cost due to extra packaging time/materials.
Powdercoated parts are not stocked and are coated per order, which adds additional lead time before shipment.
 
WINCH FITMENT:
This is a "prerunner" style bumper and can NOT fit a winch.
If you would like to modify the bumper to fit a winch feel free to, however it is extremely low profile and tight to the front end and there are no internal provisions for mounting one. We will NOT modify one for you.
 
SKID PLATE COMPATIBILITY:
Not guaranteed to work with all aftermarket skid plates.
If the skid ends just under the lower front crossmember or sticks past the front surface by less than 1-1/4", it should work. Can reach out for confirmation before ordering.
RCI, Victory 4x4, CaliRaised, CBI, and All-Pro are all compatible. C4 also fits but just barely and requires the bumper to be mounted as high as possible or put spacers under the front of the skid.
NOT recommended for use with the TRD skid without modifying or lowering the skid. The front lip of the skid sticks out super far and overlaps the bottom of the bumper by a considerable amount and looks weird. Recommended to cut 4 inches off the front lip of the skid or switch to aftermarket.
Will work with the black non-TRD oem skid.

This version will work with 2014-24 NON-Limited trims only.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING: The average cost to package and ship this bumper (and any add-ons) within the lower 48 is $150. See more details under the SHIPPING INFO tab.
Cutting of factory plastic bumper is required.
On 14+ NON-limited models, it will work with stock body height and suspension lifted vehicles. If you have a body lift you can still run the bumper, you just need to make the cut line lower by the amount of the body lift.

On raw steel orders there may be evidence of anti-spatter spray, oils, areas with light surface rust, small amounts of weld splatter, and shallow scratches caused during manufacturing and/or shipping.
On powdercoated orders, there may be evidence of scratches or rub marks caused during handling and/or shipping. There may also be scratches or weld splatter underneath the coating. Powdercoat is NOT warrantied in any way! However we try our best to package appropriately to avoid any damage during transit.
