Introducing the Hi-Pro front bumper series! We combined aspects from both our 4G T4R Prerunner and 5G Mid-Pro bumpers to come up with this super agressive and stealthy design! This bumper is guaranteed to transform the look of your vehicle, give you an unmatched approach angle, more confidence on the trails, and get you all the likes on “Front End Friday” posts. 
 
Aside from style and fitment, it was carefully engineered with materials to take a beating while keeping weight to a minimum. The 6 inch pods version weighs in at roughly 103 lbs with hardware!
 
PRICING AND OPTIONS:
Main bumper starts at $1500 uncoated, +$550 for powdercoat.
(Optional) V2 Frame brackets - $100 uncoated, +$40 for powdercoat.
 
V2 FRAME BRACKETS INFO:
Fits all years and trim levels.
Optional but highly recommended if you plan to use the bumper for winching or recovery. 
Formed 1/4" steel brackets with high strength hardware that tie the bumper into the frame for added winch and recovery strength.
Requires weld nuts on back of mounting plates to be removed.
Adds 4 lbs.
 
WINCH FITMENT:
The bumper was designed using the Harbor Freight Badlands Apex 12K with synthetic line.
Other similar sized or smaller winches may fit.
Must have a 4.5"x10" mounting pattern.
Depending on winch size you might have to relocate the control box, clock the winch drum, and/or bend/move AC and trans lines.
 
SKID PLATE COMPATIBILITY:
Not guaranteed to work with all aftermarket skid plates.
If the skid ends just under the lower front crossmember or sticks past the front surface by less than 1-1/4", it should work. Can reach out for confirmation before ordering.
RCI, Victory 4x4, CaliRaised, CBI, and All-Pro are all compatible. 
Will work with TRD skids. However there is a considerable amount of overlap and it's recomended to go to an aftermarket skid. You might also need to lower the TRD skid with spacers to avoid interference.
Will work with the black non-TRD oem skid.
 
POWDERCOATING INFO:
Highly durable carbon black (light texture) powdercoat.
All parts are chemically cleaned, sand blasted, and coated with a zinc primer for extra corrosion resistance prior to being top coated.
If you choose powdercoat on the bumper, the lower aluminum cover will also be coated. If you would like that cover to be left raw please let us know.
On powdercoated bumpers you will also receive black stainless hardware for the aluminum cover (unless you tell us to leave that uncoated).
Powdercoated parts are not stocked and are coated per order, which adds additional lead time before shipment.
Powdercoat cost also includes added labor and materials to protect the bumper to make sure it has the best chance of arriving undamaged.
 
YEARS/TRIMS:
The same base bumper will fit all years and trims of the 5th gen 4runner. The only difference between years/trims is the filler plates on the outer wings. See last pic for examples.
10-13 OG versions will have 3 holes per wing to use with 3/4" flush mount marker lights to use in place of turn signals. See RECCOMENDED LIGHTS for link.
14+ Non-Limited versions have a blank filler plate without any holes.
14+ Limited versions have one hole per wing for the parking sensors.
If you would rather have one of the other versions, order the corresponding year/trim.
 
LIGHTING OPTIONS:
Center Pods:
The bumper was designed around the Diode Dynamics SS5's and the Baja Designs LP4 pod lights.
Other pod lights may fit as long as they are no more than 6 inches tall. Depending on the depth of the pods you might need to modify the brackets or cut back into your grille to make room.
Wing Pods:
The bumper wings were designed around the Diode Dynamics SSC2 and the Baja Designs S2 pods.
Other pods of similar size may fit.
 
READ BEFORE YOU ORDER:
REQUIRES FREIGHT SHIPPING! Can ship direct to a commercial business address with loading dock and/or forklift. Otherwise it will be shipped to and held at your nearest FedEx freight terminal for you to pick up (within 3 days of arrival). If you would like for it to be delivered to a residential address, please reach out for a quote and invoice.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING: The average cost to package and ship this bumper (and any add-ons) within the lower 48 is $350. See more details under the SHIPPING INFO tab.
REQUIRES ACC / TSS AND CAMERA RELOCATION! Most versions of the Hi-Pro block the adaptive cruise control sensor and front camera and require them to be relocated. The exception to this is the lightbar version will work with TSS on 14+ Limited models where the sensor is DIRECTLY under the upper valence and not spaced a few inches lower. We are working on a TSS relocation kit that we plan to release later on after significant testing.
Cutting of factory plastic bumper/grille is required on all years/trims.
Will work with stock height and up to 1" body lifts.
Will work with suspension lifts at any height.

On raw steel orders there may be evidence of anti-spatter spray, oils, areas with light surface rust, small amounts of weld splatter, and shallow scratches caused during manufacturing and/or shipping.
On powdercoated orders, there may be evidence of scratches or rub marks caused during handling and/or shipping. There may also be scratches or weld splatter underneath the coating.
Powdercoat is NOT warrantied in any way! However we try our best to package appropriately to avoid any damage during transit.
